Diana Blount, 56, died Tuesday, May 19, 2009 in Phoenix. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 19, in Graceland Cemetery in Jermyn under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home. Miss Blount was born Feb. 3, 1953, in Fort Wayne, Ind., to the late Mary Elizabeth (Thomas) Blount and Edward Marshall Blount. Her parents preceded her in death. She is survived by her brother, Michael Thomas Blount, 47, of Frederick, MD.

NOTE: Diana Sue Blount appeared to be buried directly beside her parents on the north side, as funeral home marker was placed there at time of her burial on 19 July 2009. By April 2013, funeral home marker was missing. In 2018, a granite marker was purchased by her cousin, Cooper Blount, and placed at the site. Because the monument company was uncertain as to where it should be located, they placed it adjacent to her parents monument on the back side.
