YOUNG WOMAN FATALLY HURT

Injuries received Sunday night at 9 o'clock, when an auto in which she was riding turned over near China Springs, resulted in the death 30 minutes later of Miss Jewel Irene Pringle of China Springs, 20 years old. The young woman died at her home, about a mile from where the accident occurred, and to which she was taken soon after the car turned over.
There were three other persons in the car, which was driven by Boyon Hamlin of Valley Mills. The other two occupants of the auto were Miss Bertie Mae Pringle, sister of the dead girl, and Aubrey Simmons of Valley Mills.
The young people had been to church and had started for a drive. The accident occurred on the road between China Springs and Valley Mills, about a mile beyond China Springs, two cars meeting on the curve.
It was reported that young Simmons was seriously hurt, being cut and bruised on the head. He was taken to his home in Valley Mills. The other two were only slightly injured.
Miss Pringle was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Pringle of China Springs, one of the most popular young woman of that community. She was born in China Springs.
The funeral will take place Monday afternoon at 3 o'clock, from the Shina Springs Methodist church, with Rev. E.M. Bailey officiating. Besides her parents and the sister above named, Miss Pringle is survived by another sister, Mrs. M. Jobe, Waco; four brothers, D.T. and Horace Pringle, Hallsburg; R. L. Pringle, Valley Mills, and Wallace Pringle, China Springs.
