*Obituary
Terry Allen Skipper of Bakersfield, CA died May 13, 2017. He was born June 4, 1983, in Carlsbad, NM, where he set a record weighing 11 lbs-5 oz. He was a Garces graduate and proud member of the football team. He earned a business degree at CSUB and ran a small business for a time. Terry had a big smile and kind heart and touched many lives in his short time.
He is survived by parents Byron and Billijo Hebert of Pearland, TX and his best friend and younger brother Michael Hebert of San Diego, CA. Funeral services are pending and will be held in Pearland, TX. In lieu of flowers or cards, the family humbly requests your prayers.
