FRITCH - Services for Charley [sic] Jack Smith, 2-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Joel T. Smith of Fritch, were at 2 p.m. today in Alexander Chapel of Memories.

The Rev. Kenny Kirk, pastor of the Methodist Church, White Deer, officiated.

Burial was in Westlawn Cemetery by Alexander Funeral Directors.

The child, a native of Pampa, died at 2 a.m. Sunday in M.D. Anderson Hospital in Houston. He had lived all his life in Fritch.

Survivors are his parents; a brother, Bobby of the home; two sisters, Brenda and Jody, both of the home; his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. C.L. Smith of White Deer, and Mrs. Clara Kelli of Fritch; a great-grandmother, Mrs. Marty Bell of Albuquerque, N.M.; and a great-grandfather, Burt Bell of California.
