DICKINSON — Jack Thomas Prince, 60, of Dickinson died Wednesday in Houston. Services are 2 p.m. Friday at James Crowder Funeral Home in Dickinson. The Rev. J. Morris will officiate. Burial will follow at Galveston Memorial Park in Hitchcock. Visitation is set for 6-9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Born May 11, 1930, in Jackson, Tenn., Mr. Prince was owner of Jack Prince Carpet Service. Mr. Prince was a resident of Dickinson for 20 years, formerly of Texas City and Mississippi. He was the leader of Jack Prince and the Spot Ones Country Western Band.
Survivors include his wife, Helen N. Prince of Dickinson; daughters, Delores Bradley of Henderson and Belinda Rose of Houston; sons, Richard A. Prince of San Francisco and Billy Sanders, Danny Sanders and David Sanders, all of Houston; and six grandchildren.
