Ernest E. Bones, 70, Borger, died Sunday, March 6, 1994 in Golden Plains Community Hospital.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Gregg Simmons, pastor, officiating.
Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery by Ed Brown & Sons Funeral Directors.
A native of Panhandle, he had been a Borger resident for 55 years. He was a retired salesman at Denny's Mens Wear. He was a World War II Army Air Corp veteran serving in Europe.
He was a member of First Baptist Church, and Adobe Walls Masonic Lodge No. 1355.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Joveta Anne Bones, March 6, 1992.
Survivors include a son, Jeff Bones of Borger; a daughter, Ellen Bones of Borger; and a brother, J.C. Bones of Austin.
