BORGER - Samuel Tracy Feland, 85, died Sunday.

Services were to be at 2 p.m. today at Ed Brown and Sons Chapel of the Fountains with the Rev. Max Smiley, pastor of the Fellowship Baptist Church, officiating. Burial was to be in Highland Park Cemetery.

Feland was born in Denton County and was a retired farmer. He was a veteran of World War I.

He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Dave Reino of Borger, Mrs. Kathleen Merja of Rosemeade, Calif., and Mrs. Vernie Weathers of Long Beach, Calif.; one brother W. A. Feland of Floyd, N.M.; seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
