*Obituary
James R. McKelvy, 56 of 4171 Fourth street, Philview, died last night at 10:45 o'clock after a heart attack.

A resident of the area for the last nine years, McKelvy was engineering librarian for the Phillips Petroleum company. He was a member of the Bunavista Church of Christ, and is a veteran of World War I.

Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Mrs. Frances Barnes of Port Arthur; his mother, Mrs. Cora Young of Bartlesville, and two brothers, Ray of Denver and Fred of Odessa.

Final rites will be Thursday morning at 10 o'clock in the Bunavista Church of Christ with Dow Wilson and D.C. Lawrence officiating. Burial will be in the local cemetery.

Pallbearers will be W.R. Horton, J.C. Baber, Bill Dunnaway, Martin Savage, N.W. Fisk, and R.W. Evans.
