AMARILLO - Former Borger resident, Goble A. Prince, 60, of Amarillo, died Sunday evening in Veteran's Hospital in Amarillo.
Services were at 3 p.m. today in the First Christian Church in Pampa.
Burial was in Highland Park Cemetery by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.
A mechanic for Bell Helicopter in Amarillo, Mr. Prince was born in Haskell. He had lived in Borger for several years before moving to Amarillo.
Mr. Prince was a veteran of World War II, serving in the Army. He was a mason and Baptist.
Survivors include his mother, Ouaida Prince Murphy of Borger; three brothers, H.T. of Portales, N.M., N.C. of Tyler, and Del of Arlington; one sister, Patsy Webb of Lubbock; his daughter, Glorida Hawkins of Pampa; and two grandsons.
