Charles T. "Chuck" Renick, 67, Borger, died Monday, March 25, 1991 in his home. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at First Christian Church with the Rev. Robert Smith, pastor, officiating.
Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery by Ed Brown & Sons Funeral Directors.
A native of Trinidad, Colo., he had been a Borger resident for 62 years. He was a retired salesman with Road Runners and Borger Tank Truck.
He was a member of First Christian Church where he had been elected Elder Emeritus, and a World War II veteran serving in the Naval Air Corp where he received the Purple Heart.
He married Hester Ann Fowler Jan. 12, 1953 in Stinnett.
Survivors include his wife, two sons, Clay Renick of Irving; and Bradley Renick of Gruver; a daughter, Kathryn Phillips of Pampa; three sisters, Willa Hull and Hila Cochran, both of Borger; and Phyllis Jean Roscoe of Forth Worth; and three grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the First Christian Church Memorial fund or St. Anthony's Hospice, Box 950, Amarillo, Texas 79176.
Pallbearers will be Charles Billington, Jim Blackman, Damon Darley, Ron Davenport, Louie Hays and Felix Parker.
