*Obituary
PHOENIX - James Riggins Jr., 75, formerly of Borger, Texas, died Monday, June 10, 2002.
Services will be at 11 a.m. today in Brown Funeral Directors, Chapel of the Fountains, with Melvin Brooks, pastor of St. Stephen's Baptist Church in Clarendon, Texas, officiating. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery of Borger.
Mr. Riggins was a veteran of World War II, serving in the Army. He was a railroad worker.
Survivors include a cousin Julia Williams of Borger, Texas.
