Don L. "Buddy" Sellars, 1006 Bowman St., died at 4 a.m. today in St. Anthony's Hospital in Amarillo.
Services are pending with Alexander Funeral Home.
A native of McLean, Mr. Sellars was employed by Phillips Petroleum. He had lived in Borger six and a half years. Prior to coming to Borger, Mr. Sellars lived in Amarillo. He owned and operated the White Lunch Box in Amarillo from 1945 to 1953 and worked for Skaggs for 21 years.
He was a veteran of World War II, 36th Division in Europe and a member of Central Baptist Church as well as Palo Duro Masonic Lodge 1239 AF & AM and the VFW post 1789.
Survivors include his wife, Lorraine; three daughters, Sheila and Leslie Sellars, both of the home, and Shannon Fitzgerald of Phoenix, Ariz.; three sisters, Lois Lamis of Macon, Ga., Marge Barton of San Bernardino, Calif., and Lucille Blackwell of Amarillo.
