Charles U. Walling was born on January 24, 1869 in Pike County, Alabama to William A. Walling and Rebecca Ann Jackson.
In 1900, he married Sallie Clark. They are the parents of Treacer Louise Walling Gardner.
Mr. Walling died on June 7, 1953 at the age of 84 in Jacinto City, Harris County, Texas.
