John Vernon Blackwell was born in Wharton, Wharton County, Texas on September 17, 1908 to Charles Blackwell and Alice Good.
He was the husband of Fay Jackson Powell Blackwell Edwards.
Mr. Blackwell died on April 10, 1965 in Lomax, Harris County, Texas at the age of 56.
