*Obituary
Harry Troth, 63, owner and operator of the Pioneer Hotel, suffered a heart attack while duck hunting north of Groom and died at 9:30 a.m. yesterday.
He had been a resident of the Borger area since 1924 and was a pioneer driller. He was a member of the American Legion and a veteran of World War I.
Troth is survived by his wife, Mrs. Rose Troth; one son, Riley of Canyon; one sister, Mrs. Bertha Isaccs [sic] of Pawnee, Okla.; one brother, Guy Troth of Yale, Okla.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Minton Chapel with the Rev. Amos Meador, pastor of the Church of Nazarene, officiating. Burial will be in the local cemetery.
