BORGER, Sept. 9 (AP) - William Edison Watson, 43, an employee of the J.M. Huber Corp., an oil field firm, was killed today in a hunting accident southwest of this Panhandle city.

Justice of the Peace J.D. Miller ruled the death an accident and reconstructed the shooting as follows:

Watson was driving north, about 6 miles southwest of Borger, and had a .22 pump action rifle with him. Apparently he saw something in a field to shoot at, got out of his car with the gun, and started to crawl through a barbed wire fence.

Weldon Sullivan, another employee of the oil firm, discovered the body entangled in the barbed wire. Watson had died of two bullet wounds in the chin.

Watson was the brother of Mrs. Mary Ellen Batchlear and the uncle of Mrs. A.E. Armstrusler, both of 128 St. Francis, Pleasant Valley, Amarillo.
