*Obituary
WHEELER - Baily O. Burgess, 76, of Houston, died Saturday in Houston.
Services are pending with Wright Funeral Home.
Mr. Burgess, a former Wheeler resident, had lived in Houston 35 years.
Survivors include his wife, Rose Ann; a sister, Dorothy Crone of Burlington, Iowa, and a brother, Watson Burgess of Wheeler.
