WHEELER - Jane Alice Frye, 90, died Monday.
Services will be at 2:30 p.m. today in First United Methodist Church in Shamrock with the Rev. Todd Dyess, pastor, and the Rev. Ernest McGaughey, pastor of First United Methodist Church in Wheeler, officiating. Burial will be in Wheeler Cemetery by Richerson Funeral Home of Shamrock.
Mrs. Frye was born in Kentucky. She moved to Wheeler County in 1910 from Mangum, Okla. She married Harry T. Frye in 1914 in Wheeler. He died in 1976. She was a member of First United Methodist Church.
Survivors include four sons, Harry E. Frye of Shamrock, Tom Henry Frye of Kemp, Dr. Dick T. Frye of Sulphur, Okla., and Dr. Bruce A. Frye of Lindsay, Okla.; two sisters, Maye McNatt of Midland and Mable Bullock of Austin; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
