Funeral services will be held this afternoon at Wheeler for J.W. Harris who was killed early Friday when he became entangled in machinery at a carbon plant. The body will be taken overland by a Wilson-Buntin hearse.
Survivors are a widow, Mrs. Helen Harris, two children, Royce and Bobbie, Mrs. and Mrs. A.N. Harris, of Wheeler, parents and three brothers and three sisters: Joe, Coney, and Ernest Harris, of Wheeler; Mrs. Lillie Clemons, Wheeler, Mrs. Beatrice Brown, and Mrs. Ethel Denham, the latter two of Gageby, Texas.
