WHEELER - Funeral services for James Walter Hooker, 90, of Wheeler, will be announced by Wright Funeral Home.
Mr. Hooker, who died at 4:30 p.m. Thursday in Parkview Hospital, had been ill for four weeks.
He was born in Oklahoma and had lived in Wheeler since 1907. He was a retired gin operator.
He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Doris Bolong of Yakima, Wash., Mrs. Bill Robertson of Richardson, and Mrs. Audrey Buchanan, of Pauls Valley, Okla.; two sons, J.W. Jr., of Los Angeles and Odis of Oakland, five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

WHEELER - Funeral services for James Walter Hooker, 90, of Wheeler, will be at 2:30 p.m. today in Christian Center Church at Wheeler with the Rev. M.B. Smith of Pampa and the Rev. Keith Johnson, pastor, officiating.
Burial will be in Wheeler Cemetery by Wright Funeral Home.
Mr. Hooker died at 4:30 p.m. Thursday in Parkview Hospital. He had been ill four weeks.
