WHEELER - Funeral services for Clyde Wands Kelley, 71, who lived on a farm 5 miles west of Wheeler, will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday in the First Methodist Church at Mobeetie.

The Rev. D.C. Read, pastor of the Lefors Methodist Church, will officiate, assisted by the Rev. Ray Forbes, pastor. Burial will be in Wheeler Cemetery by Wright Denson Funeral Home.

Mr. Kelley was killed Tuesday in a traffic accident on U.S. 83 north of Shamrock. Born at Memphis, he came to Wheeler County in 1916. He married Miss Flora Mae Gordon in 1939 at Wheeler.

Survivors include his wife, sons, Jeff of Mobeetie, Robert of 2034 Dahlia in Amarillo and Joe, a student at Amarillo College; a daughter, Mrs. Don Schoon of 6637 Pavillard in Amarillo; a sister, Mrs. Guy Clement of Wellington, brothers, Robert of Corpus Christi, Floyd of Dove Creek, Colo., and Clayton of 2505 11th Ave. in Canyon, and three grandchildren.
