Harold Loyd Lee, 45 died Monday, June 23.

Services were held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 25 in First Baptist Church. Burial was in Wheeler Cemetery by Wright Funeral Home.

Mr. Lee was a life-long resident of Wheeler. He was a farmer and rancher, and a member of the Masonic Lodge. He had served on the Wheeler Independent School District Board of Directors since 1965, serving as president the past seven years. He was a member of Wheeler County Soil Conservation Board of Directors and a member of the First Baptist Church.

He married Sylvia Smith in 1954 in Wheeler.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Mike Lee of Wheeler and Brent Lee of the home; four daughters, Mrs. Lucretia Davis and Mrs. Joanie Brogdon both of Wheeler, and Melannie Lee and Lori Lee, both of the home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Loyd Lee of Wheeler; two sisters, Mrs. Nancy Pierce of Wheeler and Mrs. Marsha McDowell of Erick, Okla.; and three grandsons.

He was a member of the Wheeler Fire Dept. a Past Master of Mobeetie Masonic Lodge and a member of Mobeetie and Wheeler Masonic Lodges.

Family requests memorials to First Baptist Church Piano Fund.

Pallbearers Richard Brown, Tom Christner, Larry Jennings, Thurman Rives, Bynum Smith, Don Whiteley.
