GUYMON, Okla., Feb. 10 (Special) - Texas County Attorney Dennis G. Reynolds died unexpectedly today about 6 a.m. at his home.
Mr. Reynolds, who suffered from a chronic asthmatic condition, was reported to have felt unusually well the past two weeks by courthouse associates. He complained of not feeling well Sunday, but was reported some better Sunday night.
Mr. Reynolds had served as Texas County attorney since 1947, when he was appointed to fill the unexpired term of Hammond Foster. He was elected to the office in 1948 and served continuously with the exception of one term, 1955-56.
A native of Texas, Mr. Reynolds is survived by his wife, Mrs. Maude Reynolds of the home; a son, Hugh of Louisiana; and a daughter, Mrs. Arlen Engeran of New Orleans, La.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by Henson Funeral Home.
