Arch Edward Witt, 86, of 205 Apache in Electric City, died Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. in St. Anthony's Hospital in Amarillo.

Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the Borger Primitive Baptist Church. Elder T.J. Pittman will officiate. Graveside services will be at 5 p.m. Thursday at the Wheeler Cemetery by Minton Mortuary.

Mr. Witt was a retired farmer. He had lived here for seven years. He was born Oct. 22, 1891 at Magazine, Ark.

He married Lillie Martindale, May 21, 1917 in Simon, Okla.

Mr. Witt was a member of the Borger Primitive Baptist Church.

Surviving are three sons, Daries Witt of Stinnett, Warren Witt of Dumas, Jack Hays of Wheeler; a daughter, Mrs. Lou Anna Chilcote of Borger; three sisters, Mrs. Lula Rice and Mrs. Paul Morris, both of Mobeetie and Mrs. Minnie McMahan of Ardmore, Okla.; 12 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
