HEREFORD — Andy Garcia, 50, of Hereford died Thursday, Nov. 1, 2012, in Amarillo.
Vigil will be at 6:30 p.m. today in Parkside Chapel Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Monday in San Jose Catholic Church with the Rev. Joe Bixenman, pastor, as celebrant. Burial will follow in West Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Parkside Chapel Funeral Home of Hereford.
Mr. Garcia was born Feb. 5, 1962, in Lubbock to Rumaldo and Josephine Martinez Garcia. He married Maggie Rios on March 4, 1992, in Hereford.
Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Christa Dill of Nashville, Tenn.; two sons, Elisha Garcia of Nashville and Robert Orta of Hereford; his parents; his grandmother, Julia Martinez of Lubbock; a grandson; a brother, Daniel Garcia of Ardmore, Okla.; and three sisters, Diana Lucero of Amarillo, Cecilia San Miguel of Canyon and Patricia Baeza of Plainview.
