HEREFORD - Terry Phillip Hoffman, 31, died Wednesday, June 8, 2011.
Celebration of life services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Barn Church, located west of Hereford on Farm-to-Market Road 1057, with the Rev. Guy Walker, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in West Park Cemetery by Hereford Heritage Funeral Home.
Mr. Hoffman was born Sept. 26, 1979, in Hereford to Michael David and Tommie Lynn Wilbanks Briseno. He was a carpenter by trade and worked in partnership with his brother, Michael Hoffman.
Survivors include his mother of Denver; his father of Amarillo; a brother, Michael of Hereford; a daughter, Savanna Grace Hoffman of Kersey, Colo.; and his maternal grandmother, Delta Wilbanks of Hereford.
The family suggests memorials be to Hoffman-Wilbanks Family, in care of Tammie Scott, 133 Star St., Hereford, TX 79045.
