Funeral services for Burnie W. Northcutt of 209 Juniper will be held at 2 p.m. Monday (1 p.m. MST) at Broadview Nazarene Church in Broadview, N.M. Woody Northcutt will officiate and assisting will be Tom Crider and Lee Hudman. Burial has been scheduled in West Park Cemetery under the direction of Rix Funeral Directors of Hereford.
Mr. Northcutt died Friday evening at High Plains Baptist Hospital in Amarillo. Born March 18, 1909 in Texas, he had been a resident of Deaf Smith County since 1941.
He married Rosalie King May 14, 1980 in Portales, N.M. He was a member of Odd Fellows Temple and attended Broadview Nazarene Church. He was a retired farmer and rancher.
Survivors include hiw [sic] wife; four sons, Jim Northcutt of Doss, Terry Woodrow of Denver, Colo., Burnie Ray of Broadview and John Wayland of Hereford; two daughters, Sue Keyke of Hereford and Cindy Lee Northcutt of Center, Colo.; seven brothers and a sister.
