John was born Feb. 2, 1830 in Giles Co. TN, was the son of David S. Bradley and Elizabeth Kirk, married Mary L McCowan June 18, 1850 in Chambers Co. AL and died Feb. 27, 1913 in Prescott, Yavapai Co. AZ. "They Came to Cass Co., TX" by Ellisue Barber Morris.
