Julian Levario Pando, 72, of Andrews passed away Friday November 23, 2007 at his home in Andrews. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday November 27, 2007 at Andrews West Cemetery under the direction of McNett Funeral Home. Rev. Phil Marrowquin of Andrews will officiate. Mr. Pando was born January 28, 1935 in Barranco Azul, Chihuahua, Mexico. He lived in Presidio, Texas for many years befor moving to Andrews. He was a farm worker and laborer. He enjoyed playing the guitar and singing in church. He is survived by: Four Brothers - Aurelio Pando of San Angelo, Eulogio Pando of Midland, Moises Pando of Andrews and Emilio Pando of California, Two sisters - Andrea Guardiola of Adrian, Texas and Eunice Brassfield of Plot City, MO.
