Jo Rita Griggs Conatser, 65, of Stephenville died Saturday, December 17, 2011 in Stephenville.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, at Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel with Gary Williams officiating. Interment will follow at School Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday at Stephenville Funeral Home.
Jo was born on July 28, 1946 in Big Spring to the late Lee Price and Dorothy Pack Griggs. She married Bobby Conatser , November 28, 1964 in Stephenville. Jo was a member of the Church of Christ, and had lived most of her life in Stephenville. She was a cafeteria manager for both Stephenville ISD, and retired as cafeteria manager at Lingleville ISD.
Jo is survived by her husband, Bobby, son, David and wife Patty Conatser of Stephenville; daughter, Twylla Dumas of Stephenville; grandchildren, Ashleigh Dumas, Mandi Stokes, Shelbie Dumas, Michael Conatser, Maranda Conatser, Dalton Dumas, and Marcus Conatser; great grandchildren, Jett Harkins, Skyler Conatser, Lane Stokes, and Hayden Estrada; sister, Bonita Loewe of Giddings; brothers, Michael and wife Pam Griggs of Temple and Leland Griggs of Mineral Wells; sister-in-law, Annette Griggs of Stephenville.
Jo was preceded in death by a brother, Larry Pat Griggs.
