Alma Gehman, 74, of Washburn died Friday, Aug. 10, 2007.
Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday in Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors Ivy Chapel, 2800 Paramount Blvd., with Sammy O'Dell of The World Wide Church of God officiating. Burial will be in Washburn Cemetery in Washburn.
Mrs. Gehman was born Nov. 28, 1932, in Lancaster County, Pa., to Enos and Maria Buckwalter. Her most recent occupation was as a housekeeper.
Mrs. Gehman had been a member of Master Gardners and a member of The World Wide Church of God.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Dwight Gehman, on May 10, 1993.
Survivors include three sons, Julian Gehman of Virginia and Eric Gehman and Joel Gehman, both of Washburn; two daughters, Rose Reimer of Hume Lake, Calif., and Cindy Ferch of Garden Grove, Calif.; a brother, Enos Buckwalter Jr. of Lancaster; three sisters, Emma Buckwalter and Elizabeth Hess, both of Lancaster, and Mariam Buckwalter of Lititz, Pa.; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
