According to legend, Abraham "A‘ham" and Jane were buried at the Old Brick Quarry located across Rendleman Bridge and in back of the old Beaty place in unmarked graves along with some unmarked graves of slaves and Indians.
Their homeplace was on land owned by Abraham & Jane Fite.
