CLYDE - Robert Lee "Bob" Carr, 46, of Clyde, died Saturday, Dec. 22, 2001, at a local hospital. Services will be 2 p.m. today at Trinity Community Church with the Rev. Brandon Honeycutt and C. Lee Smith officiating, with burial in the Clyde Cemetery, under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home.
Bob was born Oct. 13, 1955 in Memphis, Tenn., to Elzie Lee and Geraldine Priddy Carr. He serviced in the U.S. Air force for 15 years and was stationed in Albuquerque, NM; Little Rock, AR; England and Dyess Air Force Base in Abilene. He married Brenda Clark March 20, 1976 in Memphis, Tenn. They moved to Clyde from Abilene in 1993. At the time of his death, he was employed by Coca-Cola Bottling Co. in Abilene as an electrician. He was a member of Trinity Community Church.
