She died of leukemia in All Saints Hospital at Fort Worth, Texas.
She married J.C. Goodin in 1928 at Eldorado, Oklahoma. The couple moved to Graham in January 1960 from Wichita Falls. They had lived in Wichita Falls since 1950. She was a Baptist.
Services were held at the Temple Baptist Church at Wichita Falls with Rev. Andy Stowe officiating.
Survived by her husband; one son - Ernest Goodin of Fort Worth; one daughter - Mrs. R.G. Phillips of Wichita Falls; one sister - Mrs. R.L. Vincent of Electra.
Burial was in Eastview Cemetery of Vernon, Texas.
