*Obituary
Lee Harold Boney,age 65, passed away at his home, west of Linden, February 4, 1958.
He was a native of Cass County have been born here 1892. He was the son of Jessie E. Boney and Mrs. Sallie Boney.
Mr. Boney was a farmer and active member of the Bethel Baptist Church.
Funeral services were held at the Bethel Baptist Church Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 P.M. With the Rev. H.B. Wilson, Rev. Dickie Golden and Rev. Harold Garritt officiating. Interment was in the Linden Cemetery under the direction of Carver Funeral Home.
Pallbearers were his Nephews Charles Roberts, Oscar Kennedy, Rice Long, J.W. Griffin, J.D. Boney and Glenn Collins.
Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Maudie Boney, one daughter Mrs. Curtis Hamilton, two sons, Leonard and Chester Boney, two grand-children Mike and Phil Hamilton all of Linden. His mother Mrs. Sallie Boney of Atlanta; Four sisters, Mrs. Lucille Glass of Hughes Springs, Mrs. Irene Williams, Mrs. Lessie Griffin of Atlanta, Mrs. Arrie Cox of Linden; two brothers, Marvin Boney of Linden and Willie Boney of Atlanta and a host of nieces and nephews.
