Irby Washington Woolley was the 1st son and the 1st child of Hugh James Monroe Woolley and Caroline Lankford Woolley. He married Tempie Louise Skelton Woolley daughter of W. R. and Clara Skelton, on Nov 23, 1881 in Rusk Co. TX. Irby and Tempie had 2 sons and 2 daughters.
