Obituary
Susie B. Novosad was called to heaven on April 26, 2016. She was born February 1st 1965 to Flumencio Benavides and Antonia Rangel in East Bernard, TX. Susie fell in love with her high school sweetheart, Daniel Novosad Jr. and they were married in May of 1983. They were married for 32 years and blessed with 3 children, Danny Novosad (31), Denise Hilton (29), and Dana Novosad (23).
Susie graduated from Brazos High School in 1984. She loved her job as a rural carrier in Bellville TX, which she retired from in 2013. She enjoyed taking joyrides through the country, fishing, camping, country music, the Houston Texans, and most importantly spending time with her 11 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her loving father, mother, and sister, Lupe Benavides. She is survived by her loving husband, Daniel Novosad Jr., her children; Danny, Denise, Dana, her brothers Bobby, Vincent, and Paul, and her grandchildren; Sebastian, Weslee, Cayde, Chaise, Ryat, Ayree, Hailie, Anthanee, Demetrius, Erik, and Madie.
We would like to send special thanks to our family, friends, and most importantly her DaVita Dialysis family, Kim, Mellissa, and Mamtha for being there in her time of need. Also a huge thank you to the pallbearers: Mike Egger, Mason Egger, Paul Blunck, Chris Macool, Romero Compean, and Tony Perez.
“Mothers hold their children's hands for a short while, but their hearts forever.”
