Jose Luis Valdez, 61, passed away Sunday, Sept. 6, 2015 in San Antonio, TX.
Mr. Valdez was a U.S. Marine (23 years of service) Foreign War Veteran who served in Vietnam, and Dessert Storm.
Notable achievements; Pistol Sharpshooter, Good Conduct Medal (6th Award), Rifle Expert Badge (5th award), National Defense Service Medal (2nd Award), Sea Service Deployment Ribbon (5th Award), Humanitarian Service Medal (2ndAward), Meritorious Unit Commendation (4th Award), Navy Achievements Medal (2nd Award), Marine Corps Expeditionary Medal, Southwest Asia Service Medal, Navy Unit Commendation, Combat Action Ribbon and Kuwaiti Liberation Medal.
He preceded in death by his parents Jesus Delgado and Magdalena Valdez; brothers; Cesar Ricardo Valdez & Jaime Nava.
