Funeral services are scheduled Wednesday, January 9, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Mike Watson, pastor of Loving Baptist Church officiating, Burial will follow in the Red Top Cemetery in Young County. Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home. Berl was born June 6,1920 in Loving, Texas to the late Sanfran C. and Nona (Wilson) Tiffin. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force serving in World War II as a First Lieutenant. Berl married Jannie Lucille Bashears, January 12, 1940 in Ft worth. She preceded him in death on October 10, 2006. Berl was a lifetime resident of the Red Top Community and a member of Loving Baptist Church. Survivers include; daughter, Linda Nichols and husband Paul 0f Marina del Ray, CA.; son, Dwayne Tiffin and wife Lisha of Weatherford; two grandchildren, Garrick Tiffin and Randy Blair. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 6;00 to 8;00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home.
