Wanda Louise Lewis Ortiz, age 58 of New Boston, Texas passed away Sunday, July 22, 2018. Ms. Ortiz was born February 1, 1960 in Ft. Smith Arkansas.
She was a homemaker, Christian and is preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Monk Lewis, brother, Georgie Lewis, daughter, Raquel Lee Ortiz and grandson, Gideon Wilson Nations.
Survivors include two daughters and one son in law, Mandy Ortiz of Paris, Texas, Rebecca and Jody Nations of New Boston, Texas, parents, George and Phyllis Lewis of Hooks, Texas, Grandchildren, Callie Ortiz, Chloe Ortiz Jackson, Ali Ortiz, Gabriel Ortiz of Texarkana, Texas, Carrie Ann Nations of New Boston, Texas, brothers, Tim Darden and Jim Darden of Hooks, Texas, Michael Lewis of Maud, Texas and a number of other relatives and friends.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Bates Rolf Funeral Home, New Boston. There are no services or visitation scheduled at this time.
