June 3, 1961 - July 12, 2018
Timothy “Tim” Joe Wann, age 57, of Texarkana, Texas, died Thursday, July 12, 2018 in a local hospital.
Mr. Wann was born June 3, 1961 in Kokomo, Indiana.
He was a retired aircraft mechanic and a Christian. He loved to work in black smithing, work on motorcycles, or anything that had an engine. He was creative and could make anything out of wood or metal.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lt. Col. Bob Wann and Marjory Gillum Wann and his grandparents, A. Glea Gillum, Jayne Cole Gillum and Virginia Irene Wann.
Survivors include his wife, Tammie Wann of Texarkana; one son, Stephen Wann of Texarkana, Texas; one sister, Virginia Wann of Tomball, Texas; his mother-in-law, Rosemary McCawley of Shreveport, Lousiana; one brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Mark and Lora McCawley of Mansfield, Texas; one uncle, Joe Portero of Shreveport, Louisiana; and two cousins, Sue Liggett and Fred Wann of Peoria, Arizona.
The family will have a private memorial service at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Texarkana Funeral Home, Texas.
