James Richard Bloodworth 88,of Texarkana, Texas died Tuesday June 15,2004 in a local hospital. Mr. Bloodworth was born May 26,1916 in Clarksville, Texas. He was retired from Red River Army Depot, a member of United Presbyterian Church of the Redeemer, where he was a deacon and trustee, a Shriner, and a World War II Army veteran. He was preceaded in death by his wife, Hazel Waldron Bloodworth, in 1975. Survivors include three nieces, Beth Davis Calfee of Bedford, Texas; Sena Brown Heyn of Bluegrove, Texas; and Ann Bloodworth Fonville of Denton, Texas; one nephew, Peter Lane Bloodworth of Flugerville, Texas; two special friends, Don Henderson of Texarkana; and Harold Horn of Longview, Texas; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 2 p.m. today at Texarkana Funeral Home. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park
