Location: Five miles from the San Augustine County Court House, on State highway 147, turn right on the first dirt road past the Beniard Creek. Go about two miles to a gate on the left in front of the James Price home. The cemetery is located about 200 yards through the gate at the top of the hill on the left.
This cemetery is severly neglected, and vitually hidden in the woods. There are only six monuments in the Leroy Miller Cemetery. Two graves are marked with rock slabs, and a couple with only rocks placed to signify a grave. At one time there was a wooden enclosure at one burial sight. At least twenty-eight graves are unmarked.
