This is an old family cemetery containing the graves of the earliest immigrants of the Breustedt family. It is located in an area between I-35 and an apartment complex in the now-urban area of New Braunfels, and consists of an old stone fence-like structure and a single grave fenced with a cast-iron enclosure. Only the grave in the cast-iron fence has a gravestone; the others are reported to be buried within the stone enclosure in unmarked graves. A modern decorative fence used for the apartment complex has been placed so as to avoid the stone structure and grave site, but the grave is readily approachable from the grass margin and sidewalk along the I-35 access road. GPS coordinates of 29.69620 -98.09775 were previously measured, and are part of an unpublished manuscript held by the Comal County Genealogy Society; however, the coordinates given here were measured on-site during a visit on 25-Jul-2018, and are slightly more precise.
