Dillon Cody Dean, 27, lost his life in a house fire in Daingerfield, TX August 29, 2010. A call was received by the Sheriff’s Department Sunday morning approximately 12:15 a.m. that there was a fire at 282 County Road 2100. A single wide mobile home was on fire, and Mr. Dean was inside. It was fully engulfed with smoke when the Daingerfield Fire Department arrived. Mr. Dean is survived by his mother Ann Stevens Chatham of Daingerfield and his father Roger Dean of Shreveport, LA.; his maternal Grandparents Thomas Ray & Elizabeth Jean Morgan Stevens; paternal Grandmother Christine Mosely of Minden, LA; two daughters Ashtyn Paige Dean and Jaden K’lynn Dean. He is preceded in death by his Grandfather Dale Dean and Great-grandparents Audie James and Annie Cleora Stevens (Stevens); great-great grandparents William Milton & Lucinda Katherine Cabaniss Stevens. There was a memorial service at Nail Haggard Funeral Home and burial was in the Concord Cemetery Saturday, September 30, 2010. (SoSec 3, Row 1, Lot 13)
