Hattie Mae was the fourth child born to Joe and Doat Rawls, her brothers and sisters were: Albert born 1892, Johnny born 1894, Belle born 1900,Effie born 1901, Mildred born 1903, Claude born 1905 and Emma born 1906.
She married Chester Arthur Rosson on November 10, 1917. They were the parents of six children.
