When Henry Tandervolt Henriksen and his twin brother Henry were born on February 25, 1895, in Lake Charles, Louisiana, their father, John, was 30, and their mother, Elizabeth, was 21. He had one son with Rodessa Lorene Wheeler in 1916. He died on February 14, 1970, at the age of 74.
