Mr Fadell was a retired merchant, who sold men's clothing, age 85 years and lived at 509 N Queen Street, in Palestine when he passed away due to natural causes.
He was born in Tripoli, Syria and was the son of Hazel Nemer and his father's last name was Fadell. His cousin, Alex Fadell, was the informant on the death certificate and he did not know Touffee father's first name.
