BARRY FRANKLIN WEBB was born on December 16, 1875. He married MARGARET ANN BEEMAN on April 16, 1899, in Coryell, Texas. They had nine children in 13 years. He died on June 28, 1917, in Peacock, Texas, at the age of 41, and was buried there.
