Services for Colten Ray Mauldin, 2, of Rockdale were held at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 5, 2004, at First Baptist Church in Rockdale. Burial followed at IOOF Cemetery in Rockdale. Colten died Friday, Oct. 29, in a Rockdale hospital. He was born Jan. 31, 2002, in Smithville to Coleman Mauldin and Michelle Fritsche. Survivors are his parents, Michelle Leigh Ramsey Fritsche and Heath Dowdy of Rockdale; his father, Coleman Mauldin of Lexington; a brother, Chance Fritsche of Dime Box and Kurklyn Dowdy of Rockdale; his maternal grandmother, Mary Ramsey of Giddings; his maternal grandfathers, Brady Ramsey of Tanglewood and Jack Dowdy of Rockdale; and his paternal grandparents, Glenn and Jeanese Mauldin of Lexington.
